Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits
A £15 non-refundable deposit is required for single-session bookings, including Distance Reiki.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for packages.
Your deposit secures your booking and is deducted from the remaining balance.
More Than 48 Hours’ Notice
If you need to change your appointment and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
A new deposit will normally be required to make another booking.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice / No-Show
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and appointments that are missed without notice, will be charged at the full session price.
Cancellation by Reiki by Leoda
If I need to cancel your appointment, I will aim to offer an alternative appointment.
If I cannot provide the booked service and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, any payment made specifically for that appointment will be refunded.
Packages
Refunds for packages will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase.
Any treatments already provided may be taken into account when calculating any amount due.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
